Thank You 2023!

Today’s the last day of Palazzo Florio’s Season 2023 and we’ve just finished cleaning. I’m beginning to read the Guestbooks from our rooms, feeling nostalgic. It’s been a FABULOUS season, our strongest one yet. Reading the messages that so many wonderful people have written in these books brings back happy memories.

It’s time to thank all our Guests & Friends.

I always say: hospitality is like friendship, two-way traffic. We cannot create the Guest’s experience, we create it together with the Guest. If both parties engage, magic can happen.
